Posted • Join Charmaine Wednesday morning for a healing Yin Yoga Practice.

What is Yin?

Yin is a slower style of yoga in which you are invited to explore poses for a longer period of time. In a typical Yin class, you may explore just 5-6 poses. The practice targets deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Yin is a meditative style of yoga that allows you time and space to turn inward to both mind and body.

Come experience the power of slowing down with Char!
