✨ Sunny Sanford ~ Sacred Space Holder ✨

My work was born from my own journey of loss, burnout, and rediscovery. After years of being everything for everyone — daughter, wife, mother, caregiver, volunteer, employee, self employed, boss etc. — I lost connection with myself and fell into deep exhaustion and depression. Through therapy - including CBT, healing, ritual, and gentle self-inquiry, I began to rebuild my inner relationship — and now I guide other women to do the same. In our sessions, we create sacred space together — a space of freedom, peace, and presence. I use simple yet powerful rituals like mindful breathing, candlelight, bay leaf release, and ceremonial tea or cacao to help you come home to yourself. Every session is intuitive and unique, shaped by your level of openness and the guidance that arises. My intention is for you to leave feeling grounded, clear, and more at ease in your own skin. Over time, these moments of reconnection grow into a deeper self-relationship — one that brings confidence, compassion, and wholeness into your daily life. Sacred space, to me, isn’t about perfection or performance — it’s about being free to come exactly as you are and to be met with light, love, and acceptance.

Darkness gently embraced our circle last night. 🕯️🍂

It cloaked us, wrapping the room in a quiet container that allowed us to truly connect with the grounding energy of the earth beneath us. It felt comforting, loving, and entirely safe.

Troubles were shared, tears were shed, and laughter was wonderfully infectious around the table. But above all else, deep healing and release stood at the forefront—felt palpably by everyone who sat in the circle.

Thank you to every soul who brought their authentic self, stepped out of the rush, and let the warmth of the evening in. These intimate spaces are so sacred, and holding them for you is an absolute honor. 🍵✨

Deepest gratitude for last night’s circle... 🕯️✨

Thank you so much to everyone who were able to join the circle for Ground & Glow: Radiant Boundaries. Your presence, openness, and beautiful energy made the evening so incredibly special. May you carry that grounded peace, protection, and glowing light with you into the rest of your week and beyond. 🌺🍃

This was the quiet before the magic last night... 🕯️✨

Last night was my 6th Ground & Glow circle, and honestly, it was the most beautiful one yet. They are all beautiful, don't get me wrong. Last night's sacred circle was simply pure honest magic of Divine Feminine Energy 💚💫

For the very first time, I completely put down my printed notes and just trusted myself, the sacred circle, the medicine, and the flow of the evening. When we step out of our heads and lead entirely from the heart, it creates a glorious ripple effect. The space became so deeply safe that during our sharing time after the tea ritual, the vulnerability in the room was palpable. The shares were so incredibly moving that the emotions just rolled through me like a tidal wave.

This picture was taken right before I opened the circle, when the room was still quiet. It is exactly what I always envisioned these sacred circles would feel like—pure, unfiltered connection, softening, and coming home to ourselves.

Thank you to the beautiful women who sat at the table last night. My heart is so, so full today. 🤍🌸🍃
