I’ve been making kombucha lately, and loving all the flavour combinations. My favourite so far is the watermelon basil mint. I’m praying the Concord grape one turns out delish. It was made using my amazing neighbours grapes! And last year I loved the watermelon lavender, so have no doubts that I will love that one as well.

Gave my mint a haircut today! I love mint, but it can be overwhelming!! Mint hydrosol is a fairly simple way to use it up and save the essence for those dreary winter days 😊
