“I believe that exceptional physical care combines solid clinical expertise with a clear, patient-centred approach. In my practice, I focus on musculoskeletal and neurological recovery, relying mostly on evidence-based manual treatment techniques to guide healing and improve function. I take a collaborative approach, working closely with you to create a realistic, step-by-step treatment plan that helps you get back to the activities and lifestyle you love.”

Shashika is available on Wednesdays 12-7pm and Saturdays 11am-2pm. Extended health benefits will cover his treatment services. Call us or look online to book!

New practitioner alert! 🤩

Shawna is a certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance and a passion for helping people move with strength and confidence. Her teaching emphasizes body awareness, proper alignment, core strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Known for her warm and encouraging approach, she creates a welcoming space where participants of all experience levels can feel supported, build confidence, improve mobility and experience the benefits of Pilates.

Shawna is offering a limited 5-week Pilates Fundamentals mat class for beginners. You can learn more on our booking site!

Your Co-Directors hard at work (and having fun, as always, while at it)! Meeting weekly helps Linda and Jeanny stay on track with admin tasks (there are so many), while continuing to bring the best possible care to patients/clients and on-going support to their amazing team.

Linda and Jeanny also maintain private practice as Naturopathic Doctors, and are accepting new patients. Between the two of them, they treat a wide variety of health concerns. Give us a call or email (or book a complimentary meet-and-greet online) to see who would be a good fit for your needs!
