I don’t have time.

I hear it from brilliant women every single week. The ones running businesses, teams, households, and everyone else’s emotional weather.

I said it too, for almost 20 years.

Here’s what I know now: you’re not short on time. You’re short on permission.

This morning was four minutes. Coffee on the porch rail. Birds doing their thing. The ocean doing hers. Nothing to fix, answer, or hold together.

That’s what calm feels like when it lives in your body instead of on your calendar.

The Reset is my somatic coaching package for the woman who’s ready to stop running on urgency and start leading from steady. We work with your nervous system so ease stops feeling like a reward you have to earn and starts feeling like home.

You don’t have to slow everything down. Just enough to hear yourself again.

🌒 What if your ancestors have something to show you?
You never quite know what might happen when you step beyond the veil…

Join Angie for an evening of ancestral connection, ritual, and exploration beyond the ordinary.

Through guided shamanic journeying, intuitive exploration, and somatic movement, we'll create space to connect with those who came before us and listen for what may emerge.

With nearly 30 years of experience in holistic and spiritual practice, Angie brings together intuitive insight, ancient traditions, and embodied practices to guide participants beyond the familiar and into an experience of their own.

You don't need to know what you're looking for or have done anything like this before. Simply come with curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore the unknown 🖤
