Hi! 👋 Meghan here - Owner & Physiotherapist of Aedis Mvmt Studio! The expansion is underway with the transformation of the newly acquired lower unit in full swing!

In the meantime, let me introduce you to our team who will be practicing out of that space! They are a wonderful group of dedicated professionals who will help you achieve all your wellness goals!

Some services are available virtually now, while all in-person services should be ready in the new unit by Nov 1st. And ... I plan to be there as well on Wednesdays to provide my physiotherapy services on-site 😁

All of our wellness services are listed under the Wellness Services page on the website; feel free to reach out to practitioners directly if you have questions. We look forward to working with you!

When I tell people I am about to embark on one of my backcountry adventures, I often hear "I could never do that." And that's just not true! You CAN, but in order to achieve those exciting, big goals, you have to stay CONSISTENT with the little ones; the ones that seem boring or sometimes like a chore...

Those little things - the daily healthy choices, carved out time for a workout, mental health and self-care days, all help the future you be able to achieve the bigger goals!

So stay on track (even if you fall off here and there) because it does matter! And as always, we are here to help if you need support, new options, or just aren't sure where to start!

See you soon!

Last night was the OBAA Gala for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. It was a wonderful event to be a part of and I'm honoured to be recognized for their No Barrier Accessibility Award!

It has always been my goal as a physiotherapist both in my clinic and studio practice to make movement as barrier-free and accessible both from the physical and psychosocial perspective as possible. I hope to continue to offer movement classes and workshops that provide a safe and supportive environment where people feel seen and part of a larger community - sometimes the fear and anxiety of being judged in the fitness world is a larger barrier to overcome than the physical challenges for many. And while working out of a historic building poses own physical obstacles for accessibility, I guarantee that we will always find a way to accommodate anyone who wants to join the class in the future!

Thank-you so much and I'm excited to continue to find ways to support our community!
