✨ New Moon Restore & Sound — Sunday, November 8, 1–3 pm. Restorative yoga accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.
✨ Reiki & Restore — Friday, November 27, 6:30–8:30 pm. A gentle evening of supported rest and Reiki.

Gratitude nurtures a heart filled with joy.

The $1200 raised at the 'Welcome the Sun' Summer Solstice yoga fund raiser has been delivered and is safely in the accounts of Quinte Hospice. Today Matt Del Grosso took Pam and I on a tour of the hospice. What an amazing place! The government provides 1/3 of what it costs to run this beautiful hospice which is currently adding 4 beds bringing the total up to 10. Funds are needed.
Thank you to the amazing yoga students at Absolute Wellness Quinte who reached into their pockets and donated generously.
