We are thrilled to announce our new assistive listening device for our clinic…….

The AuraLoop+ desk/counter system, it’s a very interesting assistive-listening device for reception desks, clinics, service counters and consultation areas. It combines traditional hearing-loop technology with the newer Auracast™ Bluetooth technology.
What the AuraLoop+ does
The unit sits on the desk between the staff member and the client. The staff member speaks into the gooseneck microphone, and the AuraLoop sends that speech to the client in two different ways:
Telecoil (T-coil): A client with a telecoil-enabled hearing aid switches to their T setting and receives the staff member's voice through the induction loop.
Auracast™: A client with Auracast-compatible hearing aids, cochlear implants, earbuds or headphones can connect to the broadcast wirelessly.

Earpiece: The AuraLoop+ also includes a handset/earpiece for someone who doesn't have compatible hearing technology.
So, importantly, you don't have to have Auracast hearing aids to use the system. The traditional T-coil component remains available.
