Feeding your baby shouldn’t have to mean living with neck, shoulder, or back pain.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding, those hours spent holding, feeding, rocking, and carrying your little one can add up, especially while your body is still recovering from pregnancy and birth.

Chiropractic care during the postpartum period can help address the aches, stiffness, and movement changes that can come with this new routine. Your chiropractor can also help you find more comfortable feeding and holding positions, improve mobility, and give you practical strategies to reduce strain throughout your day.

Because taking care of your baby is demanding enough — you deserve support for your body, too.

Watch the reel for some simple tips you can start using during your next feed!

Motivation post concussion can be hard. And if we're honest, it's not just an issue with motivation. Most people are also afraid of causing symptoms. 🧠

Instead of being all-or-nothing about activities and tasks, start small. Pick a task that feels manageable for your symptoms and abilities.

Build from here. 💪

If you're not sure where to start, talk to your concussion rehab provider for ideas 🤓

We’re excited to share what Lindsay has been working on! 🧠

EPIC’s Director of Brain Health & Concussion Care, Lindsay Branton, R.Kin, is now an Executive Contributor with Brainz Magazine, where she’ll be writing over the next year to share education about concussion, persistent symptoms, recovery, and the complexities that can sometimes be missed in more traditional approaches to concussion care.

Her first feature is now live: “What Persistent Concussion Symptoms May Be Telling Us.”

In the interview, Lindsay shares more about the work she does with complex concussion patients at EPIC, including why symptoms can persist, the role of compensation and nervous system responses, and why someone can perform well on individual clinical tests while still struggling with the demands of everyday life.

It also speaks to a message that is central to Lindsay’s work:

Persistent doesn’t mean permanent.

We’re excited for Lindsay to have another platform to share the work she’s been doing here at EPIC and to help bring more concussion education to patients, families, and clinicians.
