We are under construction, a little dusty but still open.
This how we spent Saturday. Started with a 32” now a 36” door. This will make it easier for clients coming in and out. Still need trim and paint, but that will come.

👂 Discover the Power of Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeds)! ✨

Did you know your ear contains reflex points that correspond to your entire body? Auricular Therapy uses tiny ear seeds placed on specific points of the ear to help support your body’s natural balance and well-being—without needles.

Ear seeds may help support:

* 💜 Stress & anxiety
* 😴 Better sleep
* 🤕 Headaches & migraines
* 🦴 Neck, back & joint discomfort
* 🌿 Digestive support
* ⚖️ Hormonal balance
* 🚭 Habit & craving support
* 🌸 Relaxation and emotional wellness

The seeds stay in place for several days, allowing you to gently press them throughout the day for continued stimulation.

At Essentially Entwined, each session is personalized to your needs using professional auricular therapy techniques in a relaxing, welcoming environment.

Curious if ear seeds are right for you? Send me a message to learn more or book your appointment.

Supporting your natural wellness—one point at a time. 💙💜

This is my clinic space today, listen to birds, the odd train, watching fish fight, over something I don’t know about.
Enjoying the warmth and the greenery here at The Green Spot.

I am so looking forward to a day with peaceful surroundings, plants and more.

✨💚 We're thrilled to welcome one of our favourite local practitioners back for a day that's equal parts relaxing and rejuvenating! 💚✨

If you've ever met Sylvia of Essentially Entwined , you already know how incredibly talented she is.

Not only is she one of our favourite market vendors, but she's a healer in every sense of the word. Sylvia has a gift for helping people feel heard, understood, and more connected to themselves. People often leave her sessions feeling relaxed, refreshed, and like they've just spent time catching up with a good friend. 🌿✨

Seriously... she's that good.

📅 August 7 📌 Pre-booking is recommended

And while you're waiting for your appointment, there may not be a better waiting room than the Secret Garden Café. ☕📚

Curl up with a good book, enjoy a coffee, sink into a comfy chair, and listen to the soothing sounds of the pond. 🐟🌿💦

A little self-care, a little relaxation, and a whole lot of good energy. We can't wait to see you there! 💚

🌿☕✨

TIGER STRIPES (aka Stretch Marks)
What start with a question about stretch marks. And research to what essential oils and natural oils would work to reduce the welts and colour.
C B asked and we worked together to make a blend that works.
The pictures are proof she used the blend on her right side (Left side no treatment)

This is after 6 months of steady use.
