Hi everyone, just wanted to reintroduce myself and changes to my practice!

As many of you know I recently had a baby so schedule changes and changes to how I practice are a necessity.

I have a background with a degree in social work, and a minor degree in anthropology. I have an extensive academic background in special interest subjects in women's health, and ethno botanical medicine including but not limited to ancient medicine, midwifery etc throughout history.

I have been a registered Massage therapist for 15 years, initially training in the United States and also started my Acupuncture and TCM education in Maryland. I paused my education to work towards transferring my education to CCATCM in Bedford Nova Scotia upon relocating and marrying my husband here in Canada.

Currently I'm utilizing my time to work with women's health such as hair loss, menopause, menstrual pain, pregnancy support. I use tools such as herbal medicine, food energetics, acupuncture and moxibustion.

My current offerings are acupuncture and TCM appointments with Monday and Tuesday availability in person. In person acupuncture is billable by most Insurance providers. I can not take new massage clients unless they are pregnancy related.

I also offer online consultation via email or phone for herbal medicine formulas many of which are from herbs grown at my farm. I'm a registered Fullscript supplement provider.

I also offer online pdfs/ workshops and sometimes in person health events. If any of these tools support you please reach out !

It's officially been 15 years since I graduated massage school and worked in this industry ! I've learned so many things and have met so many amazing providers, patients and practitioners alike. This field has opened doors for me to explore and study TCM, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I'm grateful for all of these experiences and the opportunity to learn and share for years to come !
