✨ Our Thursday 10-Week Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Series is Now Full ✨
With a full heart, I’m sharing that our 10-week Thursday evening meditation and sound bath series at Spirit at Heart Retreat Center is officially full.
Thank you — truly — to each person who has registered and committed to this journey.
There is something powerful about saying yes to 10 weeks of intentional practice.
Ten weeks of slowing down.
Ten weeks of regulating the nervous system.
Ten weeks of sitting together in stillness, breath, drum, gong, and vibration.
When a group commits to walking this path together, something deeper happens. Trust builds. The body softens. The mind quiets more easily. The work becomes more grounded… and more transformative.
These evenings are not just events — they are a returning.
A remembering.
A space where we come back to ourselves.
