We are all here to live our own lives and what is perfect for someone else isn’t perfect for you.

Only you know what is perfect for you but it is easier to give someone else the power in our lives than stand up and take our power.

To use OUR power despite it not always making sense, despite it not seeming safe and despite it not the typical way of doing things.

You are your authority.

Here is the checklist that I use with my energy.
⚡️ Do I want to?
⚡️ Do I have the capacity?
⚡️ Will this affect me negatively tomorrow or later?
⚡️ Am I putting something else off that is important to me and my growth if I say yes?
⚡️ Am I saying yes to appease?
⚡️ Will I be happy that I said yes after the fact?

Do you check in with yourself before saying yes?
