Outside The Lines provides people the opportunity to experience the many therapeutic benefits of art, and alternative therapeutic tools and techniques and empowerment coaching. I created Outside The Lines to give people the opportunity to experience the many therapeutic benefits of art, alternative therapeutic tools and techniques and empowerment coaching. Our services are developed by trained leaders and implemented in a supportive and inclusive environment. During a time in my life when I was processing having a chronic illness, and needing something to clear my mind I discovered art. Art gives me an outlet for my emotions, it enhances my critical thinking, and it provides me with a tool to manage symptoms of an illness. It has introduced me to amazing people within a supportive and empowering community! Creating Outside The Lines allows me to combine my two passions, creating change by empowerment and art, as a means to provide someone an experience that can have a positive impact on their lives. Outside The Lines offers two main streams of opportunities: Therapeutic Art and Empowerment Coaching - both of which are often combined to provide a unique and valuable experience. Outside The Lines provides people with the opportunity to step-back from their regular routine, their everyday stressors and anything they may need a moment of release from. We can support you in reaching your goals, overcoming a challenging time in your life, managing your anxiety and so much more.
