The Reiki Experience

10/11/2026

✨ Michelle and I are excited to share our next Sisterhood Collective offering, The Inner Current — Yoga • Reiki • Sound!

This will be our first Sisterhood Collective gathering in my new cozy loft sanctuary, and we're looking forward to sharing many more beautiful experiences in this space. 🤍🌿

We hope you'll join us! ✨

✨ THE INNER CURRENT ✨
YOGA • REIKI • SOUND
Return to Yourself

🍂 Friday, October 23rd, 2026
📍 144 Plant Road, Chalk River
🌿 An offering by The Sisterhood Collective

There is a current that runs beneath everything.

Beneath the noise.
Beneath the effort.
Beneath the holding.

A quieter rhythm that is always there, even when life becomes so full that we forget how to feel it.

The Inner Current is an invitation to return to yourself.

As the season invites us to slow down and turn inward, we invite you to join us for an intimate evening of gentle movement, Reiki, and the restorative sounds of crystal singing bowls.

We'll begin by creating space to arrive, to settle, and to leave the demands of the day behind.

Michelle will gently guide you through intentional yoga, inviting you to explore movement and breath while allowing the body to soften and release some of what it has been carrying.

Throughout the practice, Heather will be channeling Reiki, weaving this gentle, supportive energy into the experience as you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

From there, we'll transition into stillness, where the resonant sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments invite you into deeper rest and relaxation.

As Heather guides the sound bath, Michelle will move gently among participants, offering the soothing vibrations of tuning forks to further enhance this immersive experience.

Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to prove.
Nowhere else you need to be.

Just an opportunity to listen inward, reconnect with your body, and remember the quiet place within you that exists beneath it all.

Move. Soften. Receive.

And perhaps, in the stillness, find your way back to yourself.

We look forward to welcoming you into our cozy loft sanctuary for this special evening together. 🤍

WHAT A WEEKEND. ❤️✨

Six beautiful souls came together this weekend to begin their Reiki journey, and what a beautiful and incredibly full weekend we shared.

We learned, experienced, practised, shared, laughed and connected through two days of comprehensive Reiki Level I training.

There were so many moments of watching things begin to click, and it was pretty incredible watching each of them begin to connect with Reiki in their own way.

One of the things I really wanted everyone to understand was that Reiki isn’t about doing everything “perfectly.” There is a foundation, absolutely, but there is also trust — trust in Reiki, trust in yourself, and trust in your own experience.

And I have to say, this weekend was a bit of a milestone for me too.

This was my first time teaching Reiki Level I completely on my own, and it was definitely a step outside of my comfort zone. I put so much of my heart into preparing for this weekend, and somewhere along the way I realized that I wasn’t only teaching them to trust themselves — I was being asked to trust myself too.

Funny how that works. 🥰

Before everyone arrived Saturday morning, I began the weekend quietly with an offering of to***co and food to Creator and my ancestors, asking for guidance as I stepped into this experience. Looking back now, I feel so much gratitude for how it all unfolded. ❤️

I’m so grateful to this beautiful group for trusting me to guide them through their Reiki Level I journey. The openness, questions, laughter, connection and energy in that room made this a weekend I won’t forget.

And to my six new Reiki Level I students — this is only the beginning. ❤️✨

The manual gives you the foundation.
Your practice gives you the relationship.

I can’t wait to see where Reiki takes each of you. 🥰 xo

🪷 REIKI LEVEL I CERTIFICATION COURSE

Reiki Level I is for anyone who feels called to work with energy — whether for your own healing journey, to support loved ones or animals, or as the foundation of a new professional path.

✨ If you’re on a personal healing journey, Reiki gives you a practical way to connect with your own energy, deepen self-awareness, strengthen your intuition and support yourself in your everyday life.

🌿 If you experience chronic pain, stress, or ongoing health challenges, Reiki can support deep relaxation, balance and your body’s natural healing processes.

💛 If you work in healthcare, massage therapy, caregiving, or other support roles, Reiki offers a beautiful tool to care for others while also tending to and replenishing your own energy.

🐎 If you work with animals — especially horses — Reiki can deepen connection, ease stress and offer gentle energetic support.

WHAT IF REIKI IS SIMPLY FOR YOU? 🤍

I think sometimes when people hear Reiki Level I Certification, they automatically think it means they need to become a Reiki practitioner.

But it really doesn't.

You can learn Reiki simply for YOU. 🤍

To give Reiki to yourself. To become more aware of your own energy. To use it with your children, your partner, your family, your animals... or simply to have this beautiful practice that is yours.

And honestly, I feel like Reiki opens something up in you. ✨

It's hard to put into words, but when you begin working with energy, you start paying attention differently.

To your own energy.
To your body.
To your intuition.
To those little nudges.
To what you're feeling underneath all the noise.

It can become this beautiful way of coming back to yourself.

And you don't need to know anything about Reiki or energy healing before you begin.

You don't need to consider yourself intuitive.
You don't need to already be able to "feel" energy.
And you definitely don't need to know where Reiki is going to take you.

That's what Level I is for. It's the beginning. 🌿

We'll learn the foundations of Reiki together. You'll receive your Reiki Level I attunement, spend time actually practising giving and receiving Reiki, and begin learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and others.

You'll also receive the comprehensive Reiki Level I manual that Justin and I created together — and we put A LOT into this manual. 🤍 It's filled with teachings, information and practices that you can continue coming back to long after the course is over as you practise and deepen your connection with Reiki.

Maybe you'll eventually continue through the levels and become a practitioner.

Maybe you'll use Reiki with the people and animals you love.

Or maybe Reiki will simply become something you carry quietly for yourself.

There doesn't have to be an end goal.

Sometimes you're just curious.
Sometimes Reiki keeps showing up in front of you.
Sometimes you just have that little feeling inside saying...

"I think I want to explore this."

And sometimes that's enough. ✨

As I prepare for this upcoming Reiki Level I course, I find myself reflecting on where my own Reiki journey has led me and how much I've grown along the way. I'm so grateful to now have the opportunity to share these teachings with others. 🤍

October 3rd & 4th | 3 spots remaining

If you've been feeling drawn to Reiki, perhaps this is your little nudge to begin your own journey. 🌿
I'd be honoured to have you join me!

A beautiful memory that popped up today. 🫶

Reading these words again reminds me why I love what I do. Every person I have the privilege of connecting with brings their own story, their own journey, and their own unique energy.

Whether it's through Reiki, Access Bars, or clearing the energy of a home, I feel so honoured to hold space for others as they reconnect with themselves.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me to be part of their journey over the years.🥰Your kind words and the connections we've shared mean more to me than you know. 🌿✨
