Introducing Soul & Seasons — A FREE Seasonal Flip Magazine!

There has been so much happening at YOUNiversal Healing, from new services and seasonal spa experiences to Reiki classes, workshops, sacred ceremonies, and beautiful collaborations!

Over the past little while, I’ve had clients ask if there was a way to see everything that’s happening in one convenient place, rather than having to scroll through social media posts looking for upcoming events.

And I thought… why not?

We all know social media algorithms don’t always show every post, and I’ve often heard, “Oh, I didn’t see that!”

So I created Soul & Seasons — A beautiful, interactive flip magazine that you can return to whenever you like.

Tonight we had our first animal reiki client and welcomed sweet Callie and her lovely human guardian. In the videos you can see how she moves into the tuning fork. The 528 Hz fork is the most popular frequency with the animals.

At first she wanted to sit on the table and look out the window to take it all in. We did some reiki (on her terms) and once she was ready, she jumped down and came to us.

Pictured is one of my Reiki students Kelly Brookefield. Kelly is a former Vet Technician with a soothing, calm and relaxing presence. She is also a Reiki Master and is currently studying for her Animal Reiki certification.

YOUNiversal Healing is so excited to have Kelly here to offer these sessions until her space is ready. We can accommodate cats, dogs and any other small animals. We also offer house visits and sessions for larger animals such as horses.

What a fantastic day at Charlotte’s Freedom Farm with Kelly Vanderweegen and our Animal Reiki models. Wally kept coming back for more! LoL. It was so nice to see so many familiar faces and meet new ones.

I will be working alongside Kelly while she continues her certification in animal Reiki. We are now booking Animal Reiki sessions at YOUNiversal Healing where the animals have their own dedicated space. And—we have our first official booking this week.

What a Weekend!

It was a busy but refreshing and recharged weekend! Friday was a day full of pampering clients with my Reiki spa sessions. Seeing my clients feeling so relaxed and refreshed after their session, fills my heart with gratitude that they chose my services and trust me with their self care.

Saturday evening was the Harvest Full Moon Ceremony at Water’s Edge by Liberty hosted by High Vibe Living. Thank you Erin for inviting me in to bring the attendees the soulful sounds of the crystal singing bowls and some Reiki.

Sunday was the last Horse Medicine Experience at TJ Stables and Mother Nature blessed us with beautiful weather! Another beautiful experience with attendees feeling connected, refreshed and renewed. Thank you TJ Stables for allowing us into your beautiful world of Equine magic!

What A Beautiful Evening!

Last night’s Autumn Equinox ceremony moved me in ways I wasn’t expecting.

There was something so powerful about witnessing each woman reflect on what had become too heavy to carry — the things we carry personally, the things we carry for others, and the things we simply know it is time to put down.

As our Harvest Basket was passed around the circle, each woman was invited to choose two pieces from our harvest to represent what she was ready to release.

Some chose lighter items, while others were drawn to heavier ones — squashes, apples, carrots, gourds and other pieces of the harvest — each one holding its own personal meaning.

One by one, those pieces were placed into the basket.

And that basket got heavier and heavier.
Let me tell you… by the end, it was HEAVY!

But we weren’t.

There was such a profound shift in the room. What we had been carrying was acknowledged, honoured and released — and when ceremony was complete, there was a feeling of being lifted. Lighter.

I know I felt it.

In this season of harvest, blessings, gratitude and abundance, I am reminded of just how blessed I am to be able to hold these sacred spaces alongside Candise and to witness women showing up for themselves and one another in such beautiful ways.

What a magical evening. ✨

As we have in previous years, we’ll begin with our Witchy Social at 6:00 PM — gathering together over food, conversation and connection as we honour our ancestors and those who came before us.

Then at 7:00 PM, we’ll settle into our Samhain ceremony.

And this year, you’ll also create your very own Witch’s Hat to make and take home with you. 🧙‍♀️✨

From harvest and release… into remembrance, honouring and the magic of Samhain.
