Imagine settling into a beautiful, sunlit studio overlooking the ocean, surrounded by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, planetary tuning forks, the warmth of a wood fire, and the natural rhythm of the sea.

💚 WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?
A soundbath is an immersive experience where you’re surrounded by layers of sound and vibration, allowing your mind and body to settle into a deeply relaxed state.
Sound has a beautiful way of drawing our attention away from the constant chatter of the mind and into the present moment.
As the tones and harmonics wash over and around you, you may notice your breathing soften, physical tension begin to ease, and a growing sense of calm and stillness.
My crystal chakra singing bowls are tuned to 432 Hz, a tuning appreciated for its warm, gentle resonance. Their rich, overlapping tones create an enveloping soundscape that many people find deeply grounding and restorative.
Within energy healing traditions, sound is also used to encourage a sense of harmony and balance within the body’s chakra system.
Some people experience profound relaxation. Others notice emotional shifts, moments of clarity, or simply the pleasure of being completely still.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a soundbath. Every journey is beautifully individual.

My signature Soul Journey experience brings together sound healing, somatic awareness, meditation, and sacred ritual for a deeper exploration of self.
This is an intentional journey designed to create space for reflection, energetic transformation, emotional release, and soulful connection.

We gather on the eve of October’s Full Moon in Ta**us, during the transformative season of Scorpio.
In astrology, Ta**us connects us with the physical body, the senses, nature, nourishment, self-worth, and the things that bring us genuine peace and stability.
Scorpio invites us to look beneath the surface, acknowledge what we’ve been carrying, and make space for meaningful change.
Together, these energies offer a beautiful symbolic invitation to explore the balance between grounding and transformation, holding on and letting go, doing and simply being.
