Spa massage, student clinic or registered massage therapist? They can look alike from the outside, but they differ in training, licensing and whether your benefits plan will pay. Never booked a registered massage therapist before? Your first visit starts with a conversation, not the table. Your RMT asks about your health and what is bothering you, explains what they suggest, and checks in on pressure the whole way through. You stay covered and in control.
