We provide contemplative listening sessions where you can slow down and give voice to what feels tender, tangled, or unfinished. We wish to serve you by asking the questions that guide your attention to your own deepest longings -- your interior life, your untended wounds, and an awareness and deeper understanding of your own vibrant, generative, spiritual Self.

You are not a problem to be fixed. You are not a sin. You are not broken or flawed...in need of improvement. You may be wounded, weary, or stuck. The good news? If you offer yourself the patience and tending or Remembering Who You Are at the very core of you wounds can be soothed, unburdened rest will come, and you will be able to shake the clay-chains-much from around your feet so that you can wander freely!

🧡 September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Today, we pause to remember the children who never returned home, honour residential school survivors and their families, and recognize the lasting impacts of the residential school system.
Wearing orange is one way to show support, raise awareness, and honour the message that Every Child Matters. Today and every day, we are called to listen, learn, reflect, and continue the work of reconciliation. 🧡
