Excited to share that something new is coming to Havn this June 🌿

An addition that feels like a really natural fit for Havn Centre for Health & Wellness

👀 Public Service Announcement from your friendly neighbourhood RMT:

I can help with tight shoulders.
I can help with tennis elbow.
I can help with sore backs, cranky hips, and post-pickleball “I probably shouldn’t have dove for that shot” syndrome.

But eyeballs? …Not my area of expertise. 😅

Apparently there’s a product called Kitchen Blockers (protective glasses for pickleball), and honestly… not a bad idea!

Protect your joints. Protect your muscles. Protect your eyes.
Play hard, play smart, and keep all body parts fully operational. 👓🏓

The worlds first ever lens free Pickleball eyewear are here! Kitchen Blockers are designed for Pickleball, by Pickleball players! Using military grade material, keep your eyes safe while playing the sport you love. Changing the face of Pickleball!

I’m so excited to share a quick peek inside our beautiful new space at Havn Centre for Health & Wellness
We’re thoughtfully building this clinic to support the extended healthcare needs of our community, and it already feels like something really special.

This is just the beginning—I’m looking forward to everything ahead. ✨
