Did you know that finding the first Acorn of the season and carrying it in your pocket or wallet for the winter symbolizes protection, abundance, good luck and potential 😌 Plant it in the spring after whispering your dreams and goals to it to help them root and grow 💫 🍂 🧙🏻‍♀️ 🍁

🤎 MIND & SOUL: Pure Cacao Rocks
100% Ceremonial-Grade Ecuadorian Nacional Cacao
• The Vibe: Grounding, heart-opening, and deeply restorative.
• Best For: Post-session integration, evening wind-downs, and mindful meditation.
• The Magic: Minimally processed to retain pure magnesium, iron, and blood-vessel-dilating theobromine for steady, jitter-free focus. When we do deep energy work or bodywork, your nervous system craves grounding. That’s why I love sharing ceremonial-grade cacao with you. It physically dilates your blood vessels, gently lowering your blood pressure while anchoring your energy back into your body.

✨ IT’S OFFICIAL — THE SACRED PAUSE IS OPEN! ✨

I’ve been giving you little peeks at something I’ve been creating behind the scenes, and today I finally get to share it with you. 🤍

The Sacred Pause — Healing With Dawn’s Inner Circle Membership was created for those of you who want to make your own care an intentional part of every month.
For $100 + HST per month, Sacred Pause members will receive a monthly treatment, an exclusive member-only gift lovingly created around a different theme each month, 10% off one regularly priced store item, plus a few special perks and surprises along the way. ✨

And because this is the very beginning, I’m opening just 10 Founding Member spaces. 🍂

Our first month begins October 1, with the theme Gratitude & Gathering. I’ve already been creating October’s exclusive gift by hand — but I’m keeping that part a surprise for my members. 😉

I’m so excited to see what The Sacred Pause becomes and to welcome the very first members into this little inner circle.

Your pause is waiting. 🤍
