Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps children recognize and express their emotions through art, supporting healthy emotional development and overall well-being.

Art therapy can benefit individuals of all ages and does not require any artistic experience.

✨Meet Dr Navi Dhami, our new Chiropractor✨

Dr. Navi is a chiropractor who is passionate about helping people move and feel better. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Western States in Oregon.

She takes a patient-centered approach to care, combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobility work, and individualized exercise to support each patient’s goals. She has a particular interest in working with pregnant and postpartum patients, as well as office workers who may experience aches, stiffness, and postural strain from their daily routines.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Navi enjoys staying active through running, going on hikes, golfing and weight training at the gym. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and continuing to learn about movement, rehabilitation, and wellness.

Michael is a highly trained and educated Registered Massage Therapist who is skilled in the assessment & treatment of a wide range of conditions. His treatment approach incorporate a variety of evidence-informed techniques, including relaxation-focused Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, sports massage, manual therapy, and joint mobilization.  In addition to hands-on treatment, Michael provides individualized patient education and develops rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to each client’s specific needs.
