Let it unfold. 🍂

It started with a napkin…

Travis had a vision for a space where people could slow down, connect, and feel a little more like themselves. So he sketched it out on a napkin… and somehow, that little drawing became this.

From an idea on paper to Flow State in real life.

Comox Valley wellness folks, this one’s for you. 🌿

Join us at Gladstone Brewing Co. for a relaxed evening of good food, good b**r, and genuine connection. Come meet other people working in wellness, share what you’re creating, exchange ideas, and see what collaborations might naturally unfold.

No pitches. No awkward networking games. Just real people having real conversations.

Free to attend, RSVP required. We’d love to see you there! 🤍

The tanks were emptied, salt replenished, walls painted, repairs tackled, couches taken apart, surfaces steam cleaned, grout refreshed, silicone redone… and every little corner got some love.

A few very full days behind the scenes, all to keep Flow State feeling clean, calm, cared for, and ready for you.

And we’re OPEN again tomorrow! 💙

A little behind-the-scenes of the work that keeps Flow State flowing. 🤍
Annual big maintenance days! Tanks emptied. Everything checked, cleaned, scrubbed and reset.

I floated four times this week… my body needed it.

And somewhere between float one and float four, I started noticing the difference. Less pain. A quieter mind. Better sleep. More space to just… be.
Each float was so different, some quick to settle and some not. One sleepy, the rest wide awake.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’re carrying until you put it down for an hour. 🤍
