Throw back to September 19th when Ben and Garnet participated in Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race in Cumberland, BC!

From mountain biking and paddling to running and navigating their way through the course, this race was the ultimate test of teamwork, endurance, and determination.

It was amazing to watch them push through the tough moments, take on every challenge, and keep each other moving forward. What an adventure! 👏

Way to go, Ben and Garnet! We’re so proud of you both!

A few weeks ago, Ben took on the Peach Classic Triathlon after months of dedication—training 6 days a week to prepare for race day. Every early morning, every mile, and every workout paid off with an incredible finish.

The only problem? He still crossed the line just behind Alan... who's 70 years young!

Congratulations to both of these athletes! Ben proved that hard work pays off, and Alan reminded everyone that age is just a number. What an inspiring day of racing!

FINAL WHISTLE!

Our 2026 FIFA Pick 'Em Tournament has crowned its champions after a series of hard-fought matches and plenty of friendly competition!

🥇 Champion: Cory 🥈 Runner-up: Ben 🥉 Third Place: Thom

The podium says it all—Cory is soaking up the victory, Thom is happy to finish in the top three, and Ben... well, let's just say the runner-up medal wasn't quite the result he was hoping for!

A huge congratulations to our podium finishers and thanks to everyone in the clinic who took part. It was a fantastic tournament filled with great matches, good sportsmanship, and lots of laughs.
