“We do this work to fill the gaps we fell through.”

I said those words out loud during a session the other day, and we both felt the shift. Total body shivers. It was one of those rare, crystalline moments where the “why” behind everything clicked into place.
•
We were discussing the careers we’ve chosen—or rather, why our careers seem to have chosen us.
•
I’m realizing more and more that the reason I resonate so deeply with my clients’ frequency isn’t just professional alignment. It’s because I have been exactly where they are.
•
I know the texture of those gaps because I’ve felt them under my own feet. I’ve been in the hole, digging myself out, wondering if anyone held the blueprint for a way up.

There is a specific kind of architect in this world: the ones who build bridges over the cracks they once fell through.

Third eye visuals aren’t always grand or poetic—sometimes they’re quirky, mundane, or completely bizarre.
•
During a session last week, I kept persistently seeing Tetris. Every time we cleared a blockage, my vision literally showed lines disappearing and clearing the board. It felt so random I almost didn’t say anything.
•
When I finally shared it, my client’s eyes widened: “I used to be completely addicted to playing Tetris.” 🧩
•
What seemed like a random game to me was her subconscious mind’s exact metaphor for restructuring, fitting pieces together, and clearing cognitive overload.
•
In energy work, the third eye isn’t a camera—it’s a translator:
1. The practitioner is just the vessel. I don’t need to intellectually “get” the symbol for it to carry medicine for you.
2. Your energy speaks your language. Visuals pull directly from your personal history, memories, and subconscious library.
3. Validation shifts the energy. Naming the hidden symbol out loud is often the exact key that unlocks the release.

Are you listening to the messages that show up for you?

For me, it’s almost always animals that continually show up when I need to pay attention—and the other day was no exception. Within just a single day, both a pheasant and a coyote crossed my path.
•
Seeing one animal is a gentle reminder, but seeing two with such contrasting energy in 24 hours felt like a full conversation from nature.
•
The Pheasant brought a grounding energy—a reminder to stay present, appreciate the abundance right where I am, and move through the world with calm awareness.
•
The Coyote brought the shift—the spirit of adaptability, wit, and unexpected turns, reminding me that life’s plot twists are just calls to stay light on my feet.
•
Together, they felt like a masterclass in balance: stay rooted in who you are, but remain ready to pivot.
•
Nature is always speaking, whether through animals, repeated numbers, unexpected encounters, or subtle gut feelings.

Pure magic unfolded under the September sunset at Rustlers.

As the final light faded on the 30th, we gently floated away into a realm of deep stillness, wrapped in the transcendent frequencies of the sound bath.
•
When we slowly brought awareness back to the room and turned the lights on, the shift in the air was palpable—a soft, glowing energy filled every corner. Beautiful, heart-opening moments erupted across the space: tears of release, genuine laughter, and a profound, quiet awareness. Watching each participant tenderly hold space for one another was nothing short of sacred.

A deep, heartfelt thank you to Lisa from Tiption Horsemanship for once again weaving her magic and gathering such a soul-nourishing group for this private event. Blessed to welcome a lovely mother and daughter who journeyed all the way from Wales, alongside our cherished returning friends and wonderful new local faces.
•
To witness these transformations and be trusted with your journeys is the greatest gift of all. It lights up my soul and makes what I do so deeply, profoundly inspiring. My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Tonight was pure magic on the water.
•
Sharing this experience with a mix of new faces and regulars meant the world to me. The Fall Equinox carries such sacred energy, and I couldn’t let this threshold pass without honoring the shift.
•
Huge thank you to Rustlers Lodge Sundre for hosting us in their pool space, and for tonight’s extra home-baked goodies! Each participant got to go home with a treat, and snacks are always welcome after energy work.
•
I couldn’t have done tonight without my friend Aneta Resting Beef Face Aneta Dang and my mom Arlene Norton handling all the physical assistance—Aneta doing the heavy lifting and my mom in the water, settling everyone onto their mattresses.
•
The sound frequencies were unmatched. The sound resonated outwards, collected itself on the walls, and dropped down into the water, finally landing right where each participant needed it most. I could physically feel the energetic shifts with each person, and I’m endlessly grateful to hold space for these moments.

The equinox is all about balance. That message hit differently tonight: honouring self and honouring others
•
