Now it’s your turn. We might even borrow a few next week. 👀

One of our teachers is practicing assuming positive intent this week – a simple reminder to pause, get curious, and leave a little more room for another perspective.

What are you practicing this week? Could be a mindset, a feeling, a habit, or simply something you want to come back to.

🔔 10 days left to apply

Our 300HR Teacher Training scholarship is for anyone who would benefit from financial support in accessing this training.

We recognize that financial barriers are not experienced equally, and that systemic inequities have created lasting impacts on who has access to education, professional development, and opportunities for growth.

If financial assistance would make this training more accessible to you, we encourage you to apply. This includes those who have experienced marginalization or inequity that has had financial implications in their lives.
We’ve also introduced a scaled pricing structure for this cohort, with the intention of creating more pathways into the program and supporting greater access across our community.

➡️ Applications close September 14. Regular MTT applications close September 30.

If you’ve been considering taking this next step, now is the time.

We’re in our feels over here as we move through the last day of August. 🌞

🌊 Change can bring forward a wave of emotion. It’s not always about pushing those feelings away – but learning how to move through them.

As summer shifts into something new, we’ll be here – on the mat, moving, breathing, and navigating it all together.

We’ll see you this week.

Move to the music. ✨

Music isn’t just background noise in our classes – it can influence how we move, how hard we work, and how we experience the practice. Research has found that music can help regulate perceived exertion, support motivation, improve movement and exercise performance, and shape our emotional state.

From restorative and grounding to cathartic and energizing, the playlist is part of the practice – helping you connect to your body, find your rhythm, and move with intention.
