one year at reset by erika ✨

A full year in my new space already.
One year of treatments, conversations, healing, growth, emotional releases, laughs, and trusting the process.

I’m honestly just really grateful that I found my way back to this path again. Opening my own space allowed me to reconnect with the kind of care and environment I truly wanted to create for my clients 🤍

It’s been a while since I properly introduced myself… so here’s a little about me 🤍

I’m Erika, the hands behind Reset by Erika.
I’ve been a massage therapist for almost 10 years now, and I’ve added acupuncture to my practice over the past few years.

My approach is very body-focused. I work a lot with muscles, tension, and pain — not just relaxation, but actually helping your body feel and function better.
That said, most people still leave feeling a whole lot more relaxed too.

If you’ve been here for a while, thank you for your trust.
And if you’re new here, I’m really glad you found me.

Ça fait un moment que je ne me suis pas présentée… alors voici un petit aperçu de moi 🤍

Moi c’est Erika, derrière Reset by Erika.
Je suis massothérapeute depuis presque 10 ans, et j’ai ajouté l’acupuncture à ma pratique depuis quelques années.

Mon approche est très axée sur le travail du corps. Je travaille beaucoup avec les muscles, les tensions et les douleurs — pas seulement pour relaxer, mais pour réellement améliorer comment ton corps se sent et fonctionne.
Cela dit, la plupart des gens repartent quand même beaucoup plus détendus.

Si tu es ici depuis un moment, merci pour ta confiance.
Et si tu viens d’arriver, je suis vraiment contente que tu sois là.
