Introducing Frequency Fridays, a weekly drop-in energy circle for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

We’re starting with an 8-week journey through the 7 main chakras. Expect gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and a closing gratitude circle. No experience needed. Come once, come every week, or come when your energy says it’s time.

Something new is coming to Edmonton. 💫

Frequency. It’s a word we toss around a lot, so here’s what I mean by it.

Everything is energy, and energy moves in waves. When we raise our vibration within ourselves, we can heal deeply as individuals, as a generation, and as a collective. We were never meant to thrive alone.

That’s why I’m introducing Frequency Fridays, a weekly drop-in energy circle beginning Friday, November 6.

Come reconnect with yourself after a busy or stressful week. We’ll journey through the 7 main chakras over 8 weeks, with a final week of integration and review. Gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork may be included, and we close each evening with a gratitude circle and a few moments in community.

New to energy work or years into your path, you are welcome here.

Grief doesn’t always look like tears, and when it does, that’s simply energy being released.

For years I thought strength meant staying busy and pushing forward. What I learned is that unprocessed grief settles into the body until we give it somewhere to go.

In my latest blog post, I share part of my story and what a Reiki session for grief and emotional release is really like.
