🕯️ Sovereignty & Cleansing Mantra

**“I call upon the highest Source of truth, love, justice, and protection.
I reclaim complete sovereignty over myself, my mind, my body, my home, my work, my relationships, and my creations.

Anything I experience as fear, intimidation, unwanted attention, manipulation, or harmful influence is released from my awareness and has no authority over me.

I close every door that I do not consciously choose to open.
I revoke every permission I have not freely and knowingly given.
No person, technology, practice, belief, or intention has authority over my inner world without my consent.

I place every matter involving me before the Highest Court of Source, where truth is revealed, justice is served, and only what is aligned with the highest good remains.

WHO GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY?

Who gave you the authority to sacrifice someone else for your own lesson?

Who gave you the authority to decide that another person should suffer so you could learn something?

Who gave you the authority to manipulate, control, isolate, or use someone and then call it spiritual growth?

You don’t have that authority.

They are not your initiation.
They are not your competition.
They are not your sacrifice.
They are not your spiritual test.
They are not your karmic punching bag.
They are not a character written into your story for you to control.

They are a sovereign human being.

Another human being is not your experiment.

They’re not a pawn in your spiritual journey.

They’re not yours to control.

And no amount of spiritual language changes that.

You can call it karma.
You can call it divine timing.
You can call it a lesson.
You can call it whatever the f**k you want.

It does not give you permission to harm another person.

And if you’ve convinced yourself that hurting someone is justified because “the Universe allowed it to happen” — stop.

The Universe allowing something to happen is not the same thing as giving you permission to do it.

People have free will.
People have boundaries.
People have consequences.

And sometimes the lesson is simply:

You don’t get to do that to me again.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:

The Universe may allow you to encounter the same lesson once.

You get the experience.

You see what you couldn’t see before.

You learn.

And then?

Game over.

Lesson learned.

I’m not going back.

I’m not repeating the pattern.

I’m not handing my power away again.

Four years has taught me a lot about spirituality.

And one thing I know for damn sure:

I will never surrender my sovereignty to someone who believes they have the right to control mine.

So if you’ve been waiting for permission to walk away from something that violates your soul—

You don’t need permission.

Go.

And don’t look back.

Because apparently I need to say it plainly:

WHO THE F**K GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY?

And if the answer is “the Universe”—

Hold my f**king b**r. 🍺🔥

Because the Universe didn’t give you ownership over another human being.

Lesson learned. Door closed. Sovereignty restored. 🕊️

✨ TRUE HEALING SETS YOU FREE ✨

There is something we need to talk about in the healing world.

A healer should never need you to stay broken.

A practitioner should never make you believe that you cannot heal without them, that you must keep coming back forever, or that they alone hold the answers to your life.

Because you are not powerless.

You are a sovereign being.

You have your own intuition.
Your own connection to Source.
Your own wisdom.
Your own path.

A beautiful healing relationship isn’t built on dependency. It is built on empowerment.

Sometimes we walk beside someone for a season.
Sometimes we hold the lantern while they find their way.
Sometimes we help them see what they couldn’t see for themselves.

And then one day…

They don’t need us in the same way anymore.

And that should be something we celebrate. 🤍

I believe we should be honoured when our clients outgrow us.

Because if the purpose of our work is truly healing, then our greatest success isn’t creating lifelong dependence.

It’s watching someone remember who they were all along.

There is a difference between support and dependency.

There is a difference between guidance and control.

There is a difference between holding space and holding power over someone.

And there is a difference between offering spiritual perspective and claiming to have all the answers.

No healer, teacher, psychic, reader, or spiritual practitioner should replace your relationship with your own inner knowing.

Take what resonates.
Question what doesn’t.
Keep your discernment.
And never hand your sovereignty away.

The most beautiful healing is the kind that eventually brings you home to yourself.

And when that happens, I won’t ask you to stay.

I’ll be grateful that I got to walk beside you for a little while. ✨

Because you were never meant to need me forever.

You were always meant to find your way back to YOU.

✨ “You’re so lucky.” ✨

I’ve heard those words more times than I can count.

“You’re so lucky to own your own business.”
“Your life looks perfect.”
“I wish I had your ambition.”
“You get to live your dreams.”

And I understand why it can look that way from the outside.

You see the beautiful flowers.
The magical events.
The shops.
The travel.
The big dreams.
The moments where everything seems to come together like a little piece of heaven on earth. ✨

But what you don’t always see is everything it took to get there.

The nights I questioned everything.
The moments I was terrified.
The failures.
The heartbreak.
The doors that closed.
The times I had to start again when I desperately wanted to give up.

You don’t see the thousands of tiny decisions, sacrifices, risks and prayers that happen long before the miracle becomes visible.

So, am I lucky?

Absolutely.
I am incredibly grateful for every blessing, every person, every opportunity and every little bit of magic that has found its way into my life. 🤍

But I also believe luck meets you somewhere along the road when you are brave enough to walk toward the life you dream about.

Ambition isn’t always about wanting more.

Sometimes ambition is simply refusing to abandon the little voice inside you that says:

There has to be more.

More magic.
More purpose.
More love.
More possibility.
More life.

And maybe your dream looks completely different from mine.

That’s the beautiful part.

Your dream doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else.

You don’t need everyone to understand it.
You don’t need everyone to believe in it.
And you certainly don’t need permission to begin.

Dream the impossible thing.
Take the first step.
Then another.

Let people call you lucky when the miracle finally becomes visible.

Because they may never see the courage it took to create it. ✨

And remember…

Your life doesn’t have to look perfect to be magical.

Sometimes the most beautiful chapters are written in the middle of the mess.

Keep your heart open.
Keep believing.
Keep dreaming.

There is still magic waiting for you.
There are still miracles you haven’t met yet.

And your happily ever after?

✨ Never Close Your Heart ✨

This weekend was such a beautiful reminder that no matter what we have been through in our lives, we must never close our hearts. 🤍

Life can hurt us. People can disappoint us. Dreams can take unexpected turns. And sometimes, the things we go through can make us want to protect ourselves by becoming a little less hopeful, a little less trusting, a little less us.

But don’t let what you’ve been through dim your light. ✨

Don’t let disappointment convince you that magic isn’t real.
Don’t let heartbreak make you stop believing in love.
Don’t let the past become the limit of your future.

Dream BIG.
Chase those dreams.
Follow your bliss.
Stay curious.
Stay playful.
Keep believing in possibility. 🌟

Because there is still so much life waiting for you.

There are beautiful places you haven’t seen.
People you haven’t met.
Dreams you haven’t dreamed yet.
Adventures you haven’t lived.
And moments that may completely change your life.

Never forget about magic. 🪄

Happily ever after isn’t something that only exists in fairy tales. Sometimes it looks different than we imagined but it can still find us when we keep our hearts open enough to receive it.
