What if transforming your life didn’t begin with changing anything?

Not your job.
Not your body.
Not your relationship status.
Not your bank account.
Not some future version of you who finally has it all figured out.

What if it began by noticing?

Look at your life exactly as it is, right this second.

Not the life you’re working toward.
Not the life you thought you’d have by now.
This one. 💕

Now find five beautiful things that already exist inside it.

Nothing has to be extraordinary to be deeply beautiful.

I think sometimes we spend so much time trying to create a better life that we accidentally stop seeing the one happening underneath our feet.

So today, find five things. Five tiny pieces of evidence that there is already beauty here. And maybe that’s where transformation begins.

Not with more. With seeing more. 🌸

What are your five?

I used to think healing meant learning how to protect myself from pain. Now I think it means learning that I can experience pain without closing my heart.

There are no guarantees when we love. No way to know who will stay, how the story will unfold, or whether our hearts will be broken along the way. And maybe that was never ours to control.

This human journey asks us to feel all of it. The grief and the joy. The heartbreak and the love. The endings and the beautiful beginnings we never saw coming. We don’t get to selectively numb the painful parts while keeping our hearts wide open to everything beautiful.

So I would rather live vulnerably. Love deeply. Show up with an open heart even when I don’t know the outcome. Not because I believe I’ll never be hurt again, but because I finally trust myself enough to know I’ll be okay if I am.

And somewhere along this journey, I believe there will be someone whose open heart recognizes mine. Not because either of us is guaranteed forever, but because neither of us is afraid to truly show up while we’re here.

I’ve been a little quieter the past few days.

More teary. More sensitive. More in my head. Part of me has wanted connection, while an even bigger part of me has just wanted to be alone.

And I’m letting that be okay.

I share a lot about joy, love, growth, mindfulness and finding the beautiful little moments in this very strange human experience.

But I’m not always the happy girl.

My life isn’t perfectly healed, spiritually enlightened and sprinkled with fairy dust. ✨😂

I have dark days too.

I’m grieving. I’m healing. I’m letting go of things I didn’t necessarily want to let go of. And sometimes feelings I thought I’d already made peace with wander back in and sit beside me for a while.

Sometimes healing isn’t climbing out of the darkness as quickly as possible.

Sometimes healing is going downstairs, turning on the light, sitting beside the scared little parts of ourselves and saying, “I’m here. You don’t have to hide from me.”

So if you’re having a heavier day too, you don’t have to turn it into a breakthrough.

You don’t have to find the lesson yet.

You don’t even have to be positive.

Maybe today the practice is simply staying with yourself. 🧘‍♀️📿🧎‍♀️

Because perhaps being the light doesn’t mean never experiencing darkness.

Perhaps it means learning how to love ourselves there, too. ❤️

The past few days have reminded me that grief and love are woven from the same thread. When we lose someone who has been part of our everyday life, we don’t just miss their presence, we miss the comfort, the routines, the quiet companionship, and the way they made the world feel a little softer.

My sweet Zoe spent nearly 16 years by my side. She was my shadow through some of life’s hardest seasons, and her love carried me through more than she will ever know.

Today, I’m trying to remember that the ache in my heart is not something to fix. It is simply love with nowhere to go.

If you’re grieving someone you love, be gentle with yourself. Healing isn’t about letting go. It’s about learning to carry the love forward. 🤍🐾

☺️ The past couple of weeks have been a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t always come from big dramatic moments. Sometimes it shows up in small choices.

Saying no when your energy is low.
Slowing life down.
Listening to that quiet inner voice that knows what feels right and what doesn’t.

I’ve been learning that kindness and boundaries can exist at the same time. That relationships need reciprocity. And that I don’t have to show up perfectly to be worthy of connection.

Just sharing a few little mantras that have been grounding me lately. Maybe one of them resonates with you too. 🫶

Dear Younger Me… I see you. I see the way you tried so hard to be perfect, to earn love, to hide your tenderness. You didn’t need to. You were always enough. Today, I hold you, I honour you, and I remind you that you’re safe, seen, and already whole.

Hi, hello, it’s me, the slightly feral, deeply feeling, art-making creature who still believes life is secretly a treasure hunt. ✨

I’ve been remembering lately that I wasn’t sent here to be perfect, polished, or “put together.”
I came here to experience things.
To laugh at my own jokes. 😆
To breathe glitter into the ordinary, even when life feels messy or confusing or beautifully human. 🤪

If you’re in your “soft return to self” era too… hi.
I see you.
We’re doing great.
