As we settle into the colder, drier months, there's something extra nourishing about breathing in the fresh, lush air of the Pyramid.

Ahhh such a bummer 😢⛈️

Unfortunately due to the continued rain and wet ground conditions, we have made the decision to cancel our rescheduled Summer Solstice class.

We know many of you were looking forward to this practice, and we are disappointed that the weather hasn't cooperated.

Anyone who registered using a class pass will have the class credited back to their account automatically. If you paid for the class individually, you will be refunded.

Thank you for your understanding and support 🫶

We look forward to practicing together again soon!

🌧 SUMMER SOLSTICE CLASS UPDATE 🌧

Due to the amount of rain forecasted for tomorrow, we’ve made the decision to move our Summer Solstice class to next Saturday, June 27th!

Same time: 10-11:15am & Same place: Victoria Park Oval

We were so looking forward to practicing together this weekend, but we’d rather wait for a day that allows us to fully enjoy being outside.

If the new date no longer works for you, please send us a message. We’re happy to either credit the class back to your pass or issue a refund for your registration!

J U N E you have been soooo good to us! From teaching the Grade 9s-12s at to our classes and our outdoor park classes, this month has been full in all the best ways! We are incredibly grateful to practice with all of you 🙏✨️

The Summer Solstice always feels like a little reminder to come back to ourselves. To slow down, soak up the warmth, move our bodies, and spend time outside together.

We’ll be gathering at the Victoria Park Oval on June 21 at 10am for a special morning practice to welcome the season 🌞

Happy Monday 🌞

A little reminder to get outside, move your body, and make some space to breathe this week 🌿

Wednesday nights have become one of our favorite parts of summer!

There’s something really grounding about gathering in the park after a long day, rolling out our mats, and moving together as the sun starts to settle.

So much of life pulls our attention everywhere else. Thinking ahead, replaying the day, constantly moving from one thing to the next. These evenings feel like a chance to step out of that for a little while and come back to the present moment.

To feel the grass beneath you, the warmth of the evening sun, the music moving through the space, and the simple feeling of being fully here.

No pressure, no expectations, just a space to breathe, move, and reconnect for an hour surrounded by fresh air and good people.

And if the weather doesn’t cooperate, your class will always be refunded or moved to the next date ☔️
