For me personally, teaming has been one of the most rewarding parts of my own journey.

There’s something incredibly powerful about walking back into that room, this time not just for yourself, but to support someone else’s journey.

You get to witness people face their fears, push through what’s been holding them back, discover parts of themselves they didn’t know existed, and sometimes completely transform right in front of you.

And here’s the beautiful part…

While you’re there supporting their growth, you continue growing too.

Teaming has challenged me in ways I never expected. My leadership, communication, patience, accountability, and ability to support others without needing to control their experience have all grown because of it.

It’s given me friendships, connection, purpose, laughter, some uncomfortable moments, and lessons I didn’t even know I needed.

Some of my greatest breakthroughs haven’t happened while I was sitting in the participant’s chair. They’ve happened while I was on the other side of the room.

And I’ve learned that sometimes the greatest difference we can make in another human being’s life is simply choosing to show up.
