Today is National Truth & Reconciliation Day 🧡. I acknowledge that my family lives on & benefits from the Treaty 6 lands traditionally known as amiskwaciwâskahikan. These lands have been cared for since time immemorial by the Elders,Knowledge Keepers, and the original stewards. I’m personally committed to taking action in honouring the rights of the traditional caretakers of these lands, the Cree, Dene’, Nakota Sieux, Dakota, Blackfoot, Saulteaux and Métis. May we never forget the atrocities that were committed against the children & families of the Indigenous and Inuit peoples.

Dear Reiki friends & practitioners 💗. Please send my beloved bestie Paulette healing energy over the next few days. She’s got a big fight ahead her beginning with surgery on Friday. She’s very in tune with reiki as she is also a Reiki Master and will definitely feel your love. Much gratitude and love for you all🙏❤️‍🩹.
