✨ Why is downsizing so important? ✨

Your initial piercing post is intentionally longer to allow room for swelling. Once that swelling has settled, leaving the longer post in place can cause unnecessary movement, snagging, irritation bumps and even changes to the piercing’s angle.

Downsizing to a properly fitted post helps keep your piercing stable, comfortable and healing in the right direction. Timing varies depending on the piercing and your healing progress—so book a check-up and let your piercer determine when you’re ready.

A quick downsize can make a big difference in your healing journey. 🖤
