Meet the staff! This is Jocelyn, Lead Addiction Counsellor.

Jocelyn brings a unique combination of professional education and lived experience to her role. As an alumna of the St. Joseph’s program, she is proudly celebrating more than five years clean and sober.

She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology and a Master of Science in Health Sciences, specializing in Neuroscience.

Jocelyn has been part of the St. Joseph’s team for more than three years, and her ability to connect with patients, support their recovery journeys and contribute to our clinical team is truly valued. We are grateful to have her as part of our team and look forward to many more years together.

Last Saturday, our Alumni Committee brought the recovery community together for an afternoon of bowling, pizza, laughs and connection! 🎳🍕

The Alumni Committee generously covered the cost for current inpatients at the St. Joseph’s Addiction Recovery Centre to attend, creating an opportunity for alumni and patients to connect, share fellowship and enjoy some good old-fashioned fun.

Events like this are a great reminder of the strength of community and the importance of staying connected throughout recovery.

A big thank you to our Alumni Committee for organizing such a fun afternoon and continuing to give back to those on their recovery journey. 💙

Yesterday marked 6 years of St. Joseph’s Addiction Recovery Centre. 💙

Since opening our doors, we have had the privilege of serving 1,129 men and women on their journey toward recovery.

Behind that number are 1,129 individual stories, each filled with courage, hard work and hope for a healthier future.

We are incredibly proud of how far the Centre has come and grateful to our dedicated team, community partners and everyone who has supported our work over the past six years.

Here’s to six years of recovery, connection and new beginnings. 💙

Recovery is about connection, purpose and giving back. 💙

Residents from our Sober Living Program recently had the opportunity to volunteer with Fresh Air Fitness, lending a hand in the community and showing just how hardworking, positive and willing to help they are.

We’re incredibly proud of our residents and grateful to Fresh Air Fitness for welcoming them and giving them the opportunity to get involved, contribute and stay connected.
