A very special thank you...

As we prepare for our next chapter and our move to Ridgeway, we want to take a moment to recognize someone who played an important role in bringing us back to the Fort Erie community.

Three years ago, Dr. Mitchell’s clinic was operating full-time in St. Catharines when Rafik generously offered us space within his pharmacy, Freeland Pharmacy. That opportunity allowed us to return to Fort Erie and continue caring for the community that Dr. Mitchell has served for so many years.

What began as a professional relationship quickly became much more. Over the past three years, we have developed a friendship that we truly value, and we are incredibly grateful for his support, generosity and friendship throughout our time working together.

Although our clinic is now moving on to its new home in Ridgeway, we will always appreciate the role he played in helping us come home to Fort Erie.

We wish Rafik and his team nothing but continued success as his business continues to grow. We’re excited to see what the future holds for him—and even though we may no longer be working under the same roof, the friendship certainly isn’t going anywhere.

Thank you for opening your doors to us three years ago, and for everything that followed.

Dr. Mitchell’s Medical Clinic is moving to a new location in Ridgeway!

Our new location will be open after October 1st.

While our location is changing, our dedicated team and the care you know and trust are staying the same. We’ll continue to provide both walk-in care and primary care services from our new location.

CLINIC UPDATE

We are pleased to announce that beginning July 6th, Dr. Mitchell will be practicing full-time from our Fort Erie clinic location.

As part of this transition, our St. Catharines clinic location will be closing effective June 27th. We understand this may be disappointing for some of our St. Catharines patients, and we are sincerely grateful for the support and trust you have shown us over the years. It has been a privilege to serve the St. Catharines community, and we look forward to continuing to care for those patients who choose to visit us in Fort Erie.

We are excited about this next chapter and the opportunity to expand our presence in Fort Erie. Our team remains committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and we look forward to welcoming both existing and new patients to our Fort Erie clinic.
