With that in mind, Homebody’s storefront and refillery will be taking a pause to revitalize and renew our energies, allowing us to better serve our community come spring 2025 ☀️

Winter. It’s definitely here.

Here is your seasonal reminder on tips and tricks to align with the season. It is naturally a time to rest, recouperate, and hibernate a little, which goes against all of the holiday festivities that are taking place. This is a gentle reminder to make space for some quiet and enjoy being cozied up at home, and not feel guilty about it!

As many of your already know, the Fall/Winter schedule has been busy! The January schedule is up for bookings and already filling up quickly. I will be taking some time off in February to visit my family, so recommend booking those appointment times in January if you are able.

From root to crown, we will nurture one chakra for each 1 hour long class.
This will be a slow-paced, meditative practice. All levels welcome.

Thursdays at 6pm starting Nov. 7th
$120/ 6 classes

Yin is a style of yoga in which poses are held for 3-5 minutes each side, targeting deep connective tissues between the fascia and muscles.
