-1.5 cups water or almond milk
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop Oatdacious whipped vanilla smoothie protein
- handful of ice
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp monk fruit maple syrup
** blend everything together minus the ice until smooth. Then add the ice and blend again. Pour into desired glass. Can add cacao nibs or chocolate shavings on top.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

** makes 8 mini banana loafs or you can use one standard loaf pan **
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsps of milk (or just 1/3 cup maple syrup)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/3 cup Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein, chocolate hazelnut
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100% dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- mix all wet ingredients together, mix well and then combine dry ingredients + chocolate chips (plus more for topping if you want). Bake for 20 mins or so.

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or melted coconut oil or butter)
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- mini chocolate chips (measured with the soul)
- peppermint candies, chopped (for topping - optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice (optional)

Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x4 oven safe pan.
- mix all wet ingredients together and then dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- add to pan and push down to make sure all sides are covered. Top with peppermint if you wish. Bake for 15-20 mins.

Chocolate Hazelnut Chia Overnight Oats
We're 'nuts' about this recipe from
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein Chocolate Hazelnut
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
few drops of liquid monk fruit or maple syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
* for topping: 1 small banana, 100% unsweetened chocolate chips, and/or cacao nibs
Mix ingredients in mason jar or pyrex bowl with lid. Then add toppings to garnish. Let sit for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight in the fridge. In the morning, stir and enjoy heated or cold!
