My heart is full. 💗

As a woman and a nurse practitioner, I can honestly say that offering complimentary carbon facials to breast cancer survivors—and seeing the response from our community—made my work feel like so much more than just a job.

It was a privilege to spend time with these women, hear their stories, and offer a little care and pampering. Thank you to everyone who helped make this free event at Essence Medical so meaningful. 💕

With her permission, I’m sharing before-and-after photos of one of our local warriors following her complimentary carbon facials. And to make her visit even more special… it was also her birthday! 🎂✨

My neck, my face, my very own results! 🙌

I love showing you my own before and afters so you can see exactly what I’m talking about!

This is after Dysport treatment to my platysmal bands—the vertical bands in the neck. My neck looks so much smoother and longer, and my jowls look so much softer! 😍

Sometimes those subtle changes make such a lovely difference. I’m delighted with mine!
