The scale doesnβt tell my whole storyβ¦ but my clothes are catching on! πππͺ
Since starting with Jerusha in June, Iβve learned so much about nutrition: getting the right balance of protein, carbs, fats and fibre, and eating wholesome, nourishing foods. π₯
Iβve always enjoyed drinking water, and I appreciate how important it is for keeping our bodies hydrated and functioning well. π§
And yes, I still enjoy the foods I love! I donβt call them βcheat days.β I havenβt starved myself or felt I had to give up everything I enjoy. Iβm finding that balance is key: nourishing my body, enjoying food and making room for the things that bring me joy. π€
Iβm still building on the movement side, walking every day and getting outside. I especially love walking in nature, breathing in the fresh air and taking that time for myself. πΏπΆββοΈ
Iβm also using my own body weight for strengthening, gradually building strength and supporting my muscles and bones. My daily Big Six lymphatic routine is another part of how I care for myself. πͺπ«Ά
Iβm always talking with clients about speaking kindly to their bodies, and that counts for me, too! Listening to my body, appreciating everything it does for me, and resting when it needs rest (learning to practise what I preach!). π€
Even when the scale stays the same, my clothes fit differently. I feel different. I have more energy, more clarity, and Iβm sleeping really well! β¨π΄
Those changes count. Feeling better in my everyday life counts. And loving my body throughout the process counts, too. π
Thank you, Jerusha, for your guidance and encouragement along the way. Thereβs so much progress that a number canβt capture! πͺπ
