I tell my clients to eat on time and make nourishing food choices… meanwhile, I’m surviving on a latte until 3 PM and having dinner at 10. Shhhh. 🤫😂
The irony of being an Ayurvedic practitioner with an ADHD brain.
Some days I’m so deep in work that I genuinely forget to eat. Other days, I’m out with friends, and all thoughts of a perfectly balanced diet go out the window.
And this was one of those days. 😂
Gol gappe, dahi puri, pav bhaji… because sometimes you just need to make your inner Indian very, very happy. 🇮🇳❤️
The next morning? Coffee, croissants, and a wrap we shared. And with the weather changing, I ended the night sipping mulethi (licorice root) water to comfort my throat.
Do I eat like this every day? Nope. Do I enjoy it when I do? Absolutely.
I’m still working on eating more consistently, practising what I preach, and remembering that taking care of myself matters just as much as taking care of my clients.
Ayurveda isn’t about being perfect. It’s about building awareness, finding your rhythm, and making better choices more often than not. 🌿

Now tell me, what’s that ONE food you can never say no to? 👀
