It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we moved into our new home at KS Therapy Services!

Over the past year, these rooms have become spaces for growth, connection, creativity, healing, and so many meaningful moments. From psychotherapy, to music therapy and art therapy, we’re so grateful to have a space where we can support our clients in ways that feel right for them.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for bringing this space to life and to every client who has trusted us to be part of their journey. We wouldn’t be here without you!

Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and making our space feel a little more like home 🥂

Sometimes, the way we talk to ourselves can make a hard moment feel even harder.

A small shift in perspective doesn’t mean ignoring what you’re going through or pretending everything is okay. It can simply mean offering yourself a little more compassion in the moment 🤍

You don’t have to believe every negative thought that pops into your head. Sometimes, you just need to pause and ask:
“Is there a kinder way I could say this to myself?”

September can bring a lot of feelings with it. There’s excitement for a fresh start, new routines, and everything a new season can bring. But there can also be sadness as summer ends, routines change, and we say goodbye to the slower days we’ve gotten used to.

A theme that often comes up in therapy session is holding space for multiple and seemingly conflicting emotions. You can be excited for what’s next while still missing what was. You can feel ready for a change and nervous about it. You can be grateful for where you are while grieving where you’ve been.

Hopefully this song can serve as a reminder that emotions don’t always fit neatly into categories 💛
