When you practice your whole "hey! how's it going?" intro in the mirror, only for reality to hit you immediately. 😅

Please tell me I’m not the only practitioner who has to mentally reset when the small talk gets real! 👇

Empowering our community to move better, feel better, and age in place with confidence. 🏡❤️

Incredible energy at the Mini Lakes Community in Puslinch at our recent wellness seminar! From talking about the science of preventing muscle loss, to practicing stress-relief techniques together, this group brought the best energy.

At Aberfoyle Chiropractic & Wellness, our goal isn't just treating pain—it’s about providing the education and tools needed to maintain a high quality of life at every single stage.

📲 Missed this one? Make sure you’re following us so you don't miss our next local workshop or health community event!

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing community 💙

Thanks to your generosity, our annual Christmas Toy Drive was a success!

Every donation will be going directly to support the Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis organization, helping families in our community during the holiday season and beyond.

Thank you for showing up, giving back, and reminding us how strong and caring our community truly is. 🎄✨

We're so proud of Amy, she ran the Toronto Marathon last weekend! 🎉 She trains hard, and has demonstrated to us all that discipline will always get you your wins. Congrats to our dear friend.
