Happy Thanksgiving today! 🍁

Your harvest isn’t only in the fields.
It’s also in what life gave you, taught you, and grew in you.

In Reiki we practice: Just for today, I will be grateful.

I’m grateful for all of you at My Reiki Connection 🧡

What is ONE unexpected harvest you’re grateful for this year?
I’ll go first in comments.

In August they finished Level 1.

This weekend they came back.

Not for a certificate. For a deeper commitment to their own Reiki path.

Watching my students choose to deepen their journey and step into Level 2, learning to practice with the symbols, holding space for each other and trusting the energy more and more, this is why I love teaching!

So proud of my two new Level 2 Practitioners 🤍

They started in August. Where will you start?
Next Usui Reiki Level 2, November 7 and 8 in Guelph.

Some days, gratitude comes easily. Other days, we have to look for it a little more carefully.

Not because the difficult things disappear, but because gratitude helps us remember that they are not the whole story.

There is still something supporting us, teaching us, loving us, or reminding us to keep going. 🙏💜

What are you grateful for today?
•

¿Por qué te sientes agradecido hoy?

Sacred geometry reminds us that there is order, balance, and meaning woven into everything.

Each of these handmade pieces was created to bring that energy into your space—not only as decoration, but as a symbol of harmony, intention, and connection.

These pieces will be coming soon to my Etsy shop, and I’m so excited to finally share them with you. 💜

Which shape are you most drawn to?

¿Con cuál figura conectas más?

Sometimes the biggest changes don’t begin with having all the answers.

They begin with saying yes to something that keeps calling your heart.

For many people, Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of a new relationship with themselves. A chance to slow down, reconnect, and discover that healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming back to who you already are.

One of my favorite parts of teaching Reiki is watching that journey unfold, one student at a time.

💜 If you’ve been feeling curious about Reiki, I’d love to know... what’s holding you back?

Some experiences remind us that there really is no “right” time to begin.

We can learn something new, discover another part of ourselves, or choose a different path at any stage of life.

This Reiki Level 1 class was especially meaningful to me, and one I know I’ll remember for a very long time. 💜

One of the things I love most about teaching Reiki is seeing each person discover what the practice means to them in their own way.

What is something you’ve been wanting to try but keep putting off?
*
