Good music, great company, fresh air, and plenty of fun! 💙🎶

From making music together to enjoying outdoor activities and exploring the community, Hopewell Connect is all about trying new things, building friendships, and making meaningful connections along the way.

With a 3:1 ratio of individuals supported to staff, we prioritize personalized attention and dedicated support so everyone can participate, learn, and enjoy activities at their own pace.

Starting November 7, Hopewell Connect will be offering a Saturday day program from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with activities focused on building everyday life skills, including cooking, while having fun and connecting with others.

We’re in the news! 🏡💙

A new house. A new chapter. A place to call home.

Hopewell’s newest home, Miller House, was recently featured in GuelphToday!

This new home will provide a welcoming, supportive space for four adults to build connections, create memories, and enjoy greater independence in their community.

A big thank you to GuelphToday for sharing this exciting milestone and helping us celebrate what Miller House means for the people we support.
