Sometimes something as simple as a walk can shift your perspective.

Watching this tree sway in the wind made me think about how we move through life. We often hear, “Bend, don’t break.” But what if it’s not just about surviving the storm? What if it’s about being flexible enough to embrace whatever life brings?

When we stop clinging so tightly to how we think things should be, we create space for new possibilities. We don’t have to spend our lives just holding on and getting by. We can learn to move with the wind, trust the process, and discover strength in our flexibility.
