The word that keeps being shown to me recently to sum up the energy is calibration. There is a new calibration happening on a wide scale. What used to bring joy and feel easy isn't quite working anymore. And there are many reasons for every soul to be feeling this.
Partly the change in seasons, stepping into a darker time of the year when we don't see as much sunlight during the day, partly due to world events that are too big to process or even talk about sometimes and partly to do with our own individual evolution and stepping onto our highest potential paths.
To simplify it, this it means: be YOU.
Be the most authentic YOU that you can.
Be YOU every day, everywhere.
And another phrase that keeps being shown to me when I connect with my spirit team is to hold the light. The more you hold the light within you however that looks, feels, or sounds. Keep holding onto your joy, your hope, your comfort and calm.
The work you are doing is helping all of us. And when all of us individually hold onto the light within us, it gets radiated out into the world around us without us even trying to do it. And when we come together in community it gets amplified, our lights see each other and reflect off each other creating an energy that can't be ignored and raises the frequency and energy for EVERYONE.
So when it feels heavy, be YOU and hold the light.
