We recently took some time outside the pharmacy to celebrate our amazing team here at Fall River Guardian.

As a locally owned and operated community pharmacy, our dedicated staff is the reason we can provide personalized, face-to-face care to our patients every single day. Whether they are filling prescriptions, offering wellness counseling, or just making sure you are treated like a neighbour instead of a customer, this team consistently goes above and beyond.

Please note that our pharmacy is closed today for the holiday. We are incredibly grateful to serve this community and to be a place where you are treated like a neighbour, not a customer.

A huge thank you to the customer who went above and beyond for our team today! Katie ended up with a flat tire in the parking lot. A customer noticed it, ran their errands, and came back later to change the tire for her!

At Fall River Guardian, we aim to treat everyone who walks in like a neighbour, not just a customer. Today, one of our neighbours stepped up to take care of us. We are incredibly thankful for this tight-knit community and the great customers we get to serve every day.

High blood pressure is tricky—it rarely shows symptoms. When you feel great, it's tempting to skip a dose, but staying on your routine is the best thing you can do to protect your heart. Please continue taking your medications exactly as prescribed.
