I’m coming back to coaching. But I’m not coming back as the same woman who stepped away.
Over the last six or seven years, coaching has allowed me to sit beside women in some of the most pivotal seasons of their lives.
Women navigating grief and loss.
Women rebuilding after enormous life changes.
Women standing at the edge of midlife wondering, Who am I now?
Women who have spent years taking care of everyone else and are finally ready to turn some of that attention toward themselves.
My coaching style has never been about sitting across from someone and telling her how to live her life.
It’s about creating a space where she can get quiet enough to hear herself again.
I’m a multidisciplinary, internationally accredited and insured life coach, and over the years I’ve continued to expand my education across grief, NLP, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, meditation, menopause and midlife wellness, and other modalities that allow me to meet women where they actually are, not where a textbook says they should be.
My work has taken many forms: one-on-one coaching, group programs, workshops, retreats, online communities and experiences designed specifically for women.
Then, in 2023, I stepped in a different direction.
I became deeply involved in app creation and digital development, and my traditional coaching practice quietly moved into the background. I never stopped being a coach, but I stopped building my days around coaching clients.
And somewhere along the way, I realized how much I missed it.
I missed the conversations.
I missed watching the moment when a woman suddenly sees something in herself she couldn’t see before.
I missed the messy middle, the place between I can't keep living like this and I think I'm finally becoming who I was meant to be.
So, Life Coach Deanna is reopening.
There will be opportunities to work with me one-on-one, through group coaching, and through carefully created women’s retreats and experiences.
And this chapter will be different.
Because I’m different.
I’ve lived a lot of life since I first became a coach. I’ve experienced love, devastating loss, grief, reinvention, entrepreneurship, rebuilding, midlife, starting over and discovering that sometimes becoming yourself requires letting go of versions of you that once felt permanent.
I don't coach from a pedestal.
I coach from education, experience, curiosity, compassion and the belief that the woman sitting across from me already carries far more wisdom than she realizes.
Sometimes she simply needs a safe place to uncover it.
The coaching practice is reopening.
And I think this may be the most meaningful chapter yet.
