Have you used affirmations before?
Some people find affirmations to be very helpful to help shift negative self-talk, deal with feelings of doubt and overwhelm, and remind yourself to breathe when you feel the anxiety rising in your body - to name a few.
Write them on a sticky note and put it somewhere you will see it every day - on a bathroom mirror, beside your bed, or take a picture and set it as your phone wallpaper. You can even record an audio clip of you speaking encouraging words to yourself so you can listen to these phrases whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or discouraged.
